Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack the hand dryer in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the unit for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
